How do you calculate the number of monthly active users (MAUs)?

A monthly active user (MAU) is a unique user account that logs in at least once during a calendar month. This is different than the total number of unique users since many users may not log in every month. Our admin console dashboard shows the number of MAUs for any given month.

What happens if I go over my licensed number of MAUs?

If you exceed the number of licensed MAUs for three consecutive months you will need to increase your license to accommodate the additional MAUs. We work closely with each customer to select the right size license.

What's API security and how do you price it?

APIs behave a lot like your customers in the sense that they routinely log in to access your data and systems. Strivacity's API security generates and provide access tokens for use against your customer-facing REST APIs. You can read more about our capabilities on here on our documentation site.

How does pricing work for B2B scenarios?

We price B2B scenarios the same way as B2C scenarios. Pricing is based on the number of monthly active users (MAUs). There is no additional charge for partners or organizations. Our base license includes an unlimited number of orgs.
